Early Learning Director

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of a licensed preschool facility
Responsible for creating, developing, and maintain a positive relationship with teachers, parents, and professional development of branch staff
Stays current with all licensing, state, and local regulations and ensures that the site and all of its staff are in compliance at all times
Provides training and orientation for new parents, teachers, and children, including touring families and transitioning children
Hiring, training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating early learning staff
Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly communication to parents to support the lesson plans, the milestones, and development of the children within the program
Prepares annual budget of the department for presentation to administration and periodic forecasting presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Recreation, Human Services, etc
Minimum of 3 years' experience working primarily with preschoolers in a licensed child care center
Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills, including staff supervision and development, program development, and working with children and parents
Must be able to effectively communicate with children and parents, and committed to working with diverse population
