Responsibilities
Review contracts and orders to ensure all information is complete and correct
Prepare, organize, and send out documents such as loan details, fees, and wire instructions
Communicate with lenders, agents, and other parties to gather missing information or clarify details
Verify figures and fees for accuracy before closing
Assemble and review final document packages for closing
Request lender approval to release funds once all conditions are met
Submit and follow up on official document recordings after closing
