Champions Funding LLC is seeking an Inside Sales/Business Development Representative to enhance broker engagement and loan submission activities. The role involves converting leads into approved broker partners through proactive outreach and promoting the company's Non-QM loan product while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to mortgage broker leads — leads are provided

Present the value proposition of Champions Funding and guide brokers through the approval process

Promote attendance to Champions Funding’s educational webinars to drive engagement and loan submissions

Convert warm leads into approved, submitting broker partners

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and submission process for brokers

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Champions Funding’s Non-QM product offerings, including Ally

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and conversion goals

Participate in coaching and training sessions to continuously improve performance

Accurately track activity and results using internal CRM and reporting tools

Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term broker relationships

Required

1+ year of high-volume outbound phone sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment

Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
