This role is integral to servicing personal and commercial lines accounts, focusing on providing exceptional client service and managing a portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts (75% standard personal lines, 25% small to mid-sized commercial accounts)
Handle tasks such as certificates of insurance, renewals, and setting appointments
Quote new and renewal business
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance
Proficiency in insurance software
Strong organizational and communication skills
A stable work history with no significant employment gaps (6+ months)
Ability to commute to the Alexandria, VA office
Preferred
Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus
Experience in EZLynx preferred
