Responsibilities
Be the in-house compliance champion across the cosmetics and gifting portfolio
Partner with creative teams to make sure every product shines and meets global safety standards
Own product testing and technical files, keeping everything aligned with FDA MoCRA and EU CPSR regulations
Build strong relationships with suppliers and factories across the US and Asia, driving audits and GMP excellence
Lead sustainability and sourcing claims, ensuring they’re accurate and legally sound
Act fast to resolve compliance queries from global sales teams
Stay ahead of the curve by tracking new legislation and rolling out updates across the business
Share your expertise through training sessions and inspire collaboration between compliance and creative teams
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in regulatory affairs for cosmetics and personal care
Extensive knowledge of US, EU and UK compliance standards and retailer protocols
Experience managing suppliers and testing processes across multiple regions
Flexible, detail-oriented, and confident communicator with a proactive attitude
