Lovers Unite is an architecture and interior design studio creating one-of-a-kind homes and hospitality spaces. They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Designer/Project Architect to collaborate with their team on high-end residential and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the Partners and project team to design, coordinate and document high-end residential and hospitality projects through all phases of design

Required

Bachelor of Architecture or Master's degree in Architecture
Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in high-end residential and hospitality design
Experience managing projects and producing documentation for all project phases from Feasibility and Concept Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases
Experience producing permit sets and coordinating with project team consultants
Experience and familiarity with building codes, construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing
Proficiency in SketchUp, Autocad, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to be involved in all aspects of a project
Strong team collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
Ability to work in-person, full-time, five days per week
We require applicants to have the legal right and authorization in place to work in the US when applying for this position

Preferred

Rendering/visualization software proficiency a plus including Sketchup & Enscape
Licensure is a plus, but not required
