Responsibilities

Map and diagnose current-state workflows across legal ops roles to understand where effort is wasted or quality is at risk
Design operating models and team structures that support efficiency, specialization, and sustainable workloads
Work with product and design to improve Finch OS to better support daily tasks, decision-making, and quality control
Create performance and quality metrics that give teams clarity on expectations and help identify opportunities for coaching and improvement
Continuously refine the legal ops experience as workflows evolve, caseloads shift, and product capabilities expand

Required

3-5+ years in a problem-solving role (e.g., consulting, BizOps, Strategy, Tech)

Care for client experience and operational excellence
