Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and owner of the integrated master schedule
Monitor schedule performance, identify slippages, and assist in recovery planning
Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Facilitate progress measurement and reporting aligned with key milestones
Establish and maintain the project cost control system and work breakdown structure (WBS)
Develop, track, and update project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts
Perform cost variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
Support preparation of monthly cost reports, cash flow, and earned value metrics
Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to align actuals and commitments
Collect, validate, and integrate data from schedule, cost, procurement, and progress reporting systems to build a complete and reliable project performance picture
Analyze project datasets to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and leading indicators that may signal developing risks
Interface with risk management to ensure contingencies and allowances are visible and traceable
Develop and maintain standard reporting dashboards for project leadership and stakeholders
Prepare inputs for project reviews, CAPEX panels, assurance gates, and board reporting

Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Project Controls or similar role, with demonstrated capability in schedule analysis, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Familiarity with industry‑standard scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and experience using enterprise systems such as SAP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
