Senior Electrical Engineer (Onsite)
Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is a leader in technologically advanced solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. They are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support technical performance across depot and production programs at the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center, focusing on integration and testing of RF/Analog/Digital components.

Responsibilities
This role will report to the Largo Test Engineering Manager
Integration and testing of RF/Analog/Digital components and modules
Transition and integration of Special Test Equipment (STE)
Working as part of a team to analyze Hardware and Software Test requirements and specifications to determine Hardware and Software requirements
Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity & efficiency enhancements
Interact with Test Technicians, Factory Facilitators, Operations Managers, other Engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel
Oversight of test equipment used for production purposes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering required
Experience and able to work with, troubleshoot complex Subsystems and RF
Experience working in a lab or manufacturing environment with standard EE lab/production equipment (i.e., Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DMMs, Signal Sources, etc.), working within a team environment, developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders, and MS Office tool suite
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred
Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
The ability to work with production equipment at a hands-on capacity
Ability to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts within the electrical engineering fields and general knowledge of other related disciplines
Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to multi-task
Team-oriented individual able to perform multidiscipline activities
