Responsibilities

Work with the web team writing copy and creating and implementing an SEO strategy

Write other copy as needed, such as blog and social media content

Work with Design to come up with a website strategy that will help clients grow their business

Tackle new clients, changes in Google’s algorithm, and other challenges

Interact with clients to help them achieve their goals and grow their business

Create a positive and engaging work environment

Solve big issues and problems proactively

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in communications, sales & marketing, or a related area of study. The more experience (or the more sophisticated the level of experience) the better

Must obtain inbound marketing certification AND growth-driven design certification from Hubspot within the first month on the job

High level of organization and attention to detail

High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities

Professional conduct within and outside the office while conducting business must be pristine

Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration, as well as independently. You will be flushed out quickly if you come with some ego, and an advancement plan vs. a team growth mentality. This is not a 'boiler room.'
