Office Restoration Project Coordinator
SERVPRO of Jonesboro is a franchise dedicated to helping people through difficult situations, particularly in fire and water damage restoration. They are seeking an Office Restoration Project Coordinator who will serve as a liaison for clients, organize projects, and support teammates to ensure client requirements are met.
Facilities Services
Responsibilities
Create estimates using Xactimate software. Training is provided
Assist Production Manager with office duties
Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
Review and validate initial field documentation
Daily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Prepare job file reports
Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
Assist other departments, as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Successful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and SERVPRO proprietary software
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Preferred
Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus but not required
Experience in service industry environment a plus
Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
