Responsibilities
Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and text messages
Convert incoming service inquiries into confirmed inspection appointments and manage the end-to-end booking process
Accurately manage scheduling, calendars, and customer data using proprietary company tools
Handle all necessary logistics for property access and inspection, ensuring the process is efficient for all parties
Act as the central coordinator, effectively communicating and managing expectations between clients, field technicians, and real estate agents
Qualification
Required
Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory, delivered with a professional and neutral accent
Demonstrated experience in scheduling-heavy customer support roles or previous experience in real estate-adjacent support (e.g., property management, title, mortgage)
The ability to take ownership of complex scheduling issues, think critically to resolve conflicts, and maintain a high level of accountability
Experience using and navigating multi-channel communication platforms and CRM tools - preferrable Gorgias and Aircall
Excellent attention to detail
A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor) and a stable high-speed internet connection
Familiarity with softwares such as Gorgias, RingCentral, Aircall and Slack
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro
Flexible with work schedule

Previous experience providing support for home inspection services or related trades
