Responsibilities

Reaching out to customers within 24 hours of getting their info—sharing quotes, answering their questions, and helping them find the insurance solution that fits just right

Taking care of issuing insurance policies while figuring out their overall needs and offering options for home, auto, and other types of coverage

Keeping in touch with our Operations teams and insurance carriers to make sure policies are accurate and everything moves smoothly from the customer to the loan team

Building great relationships with Loan Officers, insurance carriers, and other partners—gathering info, keeping everyone in the loop, and delivering an awesome customer experience

Pitching in wherever needed and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture
