Customer Service Support
Penn State University is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide internal and external support for various university functions and services. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory while promoting university products and services.

Responsibilities
Provide Excellent Customer Service
Produce Accurate and Timely Transactions
Serve as first line of contact for all customers, guests, faculty, staff, students, vendors, and other stakeholders
Communicate with diverse customers on a regular basis
Respond to routine customer questions and/or needs, and provide appropriate response/service for situation
Process a variety of financial transactions
Track and Maintain inventory
Operate various equipment and computer systems
Report unusual situations or concerns to management
Qualification
Required
General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)
No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
