Engineering Manager, Defense and Consulting

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of high velocity, innovation, and technical excellence
Contribute to product strategy, develop and resource engineering plans, and manage execution and delivery
Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders to define a long-term product goals and technology roadmap
Work with Product Management, UX, Service Delivery and other Engineering teams to understand customer needs and deliver an experience
Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a changing, ambiguous environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
Experience in artificial intelligence (AI)
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
3 years of experience working in a structured organization
