Responsibilities

Preparation and execution of material requisitions for bulk pipe, valves and supports, and other piping components

Preparation of pipe and piping component related calculations, minimum pipe wall thickness calculations, and material evaluations to ASME B31.1, B31.1 and other codes & standards

Prepare, coordinate, and maintain piping and valve technical specifications, piping material class sheets/specifications and/or material requisitions, bid evaluations and award recommendations

Perform detailed supplier bid technical evaluations and supplier document reviews

Coordinate with Supply Chain function (Buyers, Expeditors, etc.) as well as various suppliers regarding technical requirements of purchase orders. Disposition of supplier deviation requests and Request for Information (RFIs)

Disposition of Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and Field Change Documents (FCDs) generated by Construction
