Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce State Farm insurance products and services
Qualify leads by collecting relevant information and assessing customer needs
Schedule appointments for licensed agents to discuss insurance solutions in detail
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and referrals in a timely manner
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
Answer basic questions about insurance products and direct detailed inquiries to agents
Ensure all communications comply with State Farm guidelines and regulatory standards
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for calls, leads, and appointments
Qualification
Required
Previous telemarketing, call center, or sales experience (insurance industry experience preferred)
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling rejection and persistent in pursuing sales goals
Basic understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn quickly
Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
Professional and courteous telephone manner at all times
