Responsibilities
Introducing modern marketing approaches that unlock opportunities, keep team ahead of industry trends and drive smarter outcomes; identifying and introducing AI solutions and technologies that enhance the team efficiencies and other innovations for scalable levers
Managing monthly and annual budget planning, partnering with finance and budget owners, overseeing the governance of tools and platforms used by the in-house agency, including vendor contracts, and performance tracking
Developing and designing executive-level presentations that translate marketing strategy and performance into compelling narratives
Supporting executive-level reporting and strategic deliverables such as quarterly scorecards and marketing updates
Identifying opportunities to streamline tech and data infrastructure to reduce cost and improve performance insight delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred)
8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, strategic initiatives, and/or MarTech in roles with complex, cross functional environments
Experience designing high impact executive presentations
Experience integrating external market insights to guide strategic planning and performance optimization
Proven ability to translate marketing vision into actionable strategies with experience driving cross function initiatives tied to performance, budget and technology
Strong collaborative partner able to successfully work in a matrix organization
Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
Preferred
Experience within insurance, healthcare, or financial services industries preferred
