Build and maintain the Nurse Dashboard using Next.js or React
Contribute to voice AI agent logic using Vapi or Retell
Write backend Python components to support voice workflows and data integrations
Use AI coding tools like Cursor to deliver fast, high quality code
Work with product, engineering and clinical teams to clarify requirements
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of user facing features
Qualification
Required
2–5 years hands on engineering experience
Strong with React or Next.js, and confident with Python
Build and maintain the Nurse Dashboard using Next.js or React
Contribute to voice AI agent logic using Vapi or Retell
Write backend Python components to support voice workflows and data integrations
Use AI coding tools like Cursor to deliver fast, high quality code
Work with product, engineering and clinical teams to clarify requirements
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of user facing features
Preferred
Previous exposure to conversational AI or LLM agent building is a plus
