Shift Integration Manager (Operations Support Manager 3)
Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is a multidisciplinary research institution engaged in strategic science on behalf of national security. The Shift Integration Manager will be responsible for managing logistics and strategic planning to ensure effective integration of field execution work across multiple shifts, facilitating resource forecasts and coordinating mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities
Technical contributions to logistics and strategic planning for the integration of planned field execution work tasks
Integration of planning project management team with field execution team to communicate field execution schedules and related information, including any changes or prioritization impacts
Facilitating resource forecasts and demand signals to supporting organizations within TA-55
Facilitating integration meetings to both plan and coordinate execution of mission-critical projects across various shifts to support 24/7 operations
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams of technical and non-technical personnel in a compliance driven environment
Demonstrated knowledge and experience performing compliant work in adherence to facility requirements specific to the discipline, including physical security, conduct of operations, and/or integrated work management/authorization
Demonstrated experience working with controlled unclassified information
Demonstrated experience identifying, acquiring, prioritizing, and managing resources in support of organizational deliverables, scope and schedule
Knowledge of and experience in managing business operations to include financial, human resources, procurement and/or other related business activities
Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills on matters of functional areas and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Customer (PM and Field Execution) service and issue resolution experience
Experience working with scheduling software and/or tools utilized in project management
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation
This position may require 24/7 coverage, which could involve working a shift/weekend schedule
Preferred
Active DOE 'Q' Clearance
HRP Certification
Experience supervising the execution of LANL physical security requirements and implementation, particularly practical experience with the requirements of TA-55 PF-4, and proper charging practices
Nuclear construction or other capital projects related experience
Working knowledge of P6, or other scheduling concepts, as they apply to planning/scheduling work on within the facility
Floor supervision and shift assignment experience
