Responsibilities

Research, design, and implement short-horizon (sub-second to intraday) systematic trading strategies
Conduct alpha research across U.S. equities, CME markets, and Brazil/India/Taiwan exchanges
Analyze large, high-resolution datasets to identify predictive signals and microstructure-driven opportunities
Build and enhance robust backtesting frameworks, simulation tools, and production-grade models
Partner with engineering and trading teams to deploy strategies and optimize execution
Monitor live performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously iterate to improve signal quality and risk-adjusted returns

Required

4+ years of quantitative research experience at a top proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or systematic trading environment
Demonstrated success developing short-horizon or intraday trading strategies
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, machine learning, or time-series analysis
Ability to work with high-resolution tick data, exchange microstructure, and large-scale research pipelines

Preferred

Experience trading or researching U.S. equity microstructure, CME futures/options, or international markets such as Brazil, India, or Taiwan
Familiarity with execution research, signal decay analysis, or short-horizon alpha modeling
Exposure to distributed computing, high-performance research infrastructure, or real-time systems
