Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner

Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation

Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery
