Responsibilities
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including corporate vehicles, pumps, hoses, and nozzles
Evaluate surfaces to determine appropriate pressure levels and temperature settings for optimal cleaning results
Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from various exterior surfaces such as walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots
Respond promptly to work order requests and maintain accurate records and documentation
Conduct regular safety and preventative maintenance checks on all equipment
Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA regulations while performing cleaning tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Perform additional facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in the power washing or exterior maintenance industry
Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical capability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Keen attention to detail and ability to follow precise cleaning instructions
Preferred
Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish
Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance
State/local licensing where required (e.g., Florida, Texas, California)
