WorkForce Software Project Manager
Next Generation, Inc is seeking a highly organized and experienced WorkForce Software Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of WorkForce Software solutions for clients. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for WorkForce Software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes
Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams
Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on WorkForce Software or similar workforce management platforms
Strong understanding of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance solutions
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
