Facility Support Technician
Synergen is a company focused on providing innovative solutions and collaborative services in the oil & gas industry. They are seeking a Facility Support Technician responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Construction
Responsibilities
Operate equipment, ie: forklift, CTL, tracked carrier, etc
Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
Maintain inventory of ancillary items in predetermined space
Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks assigned by supervision
Understand and assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers coming and going from the facility
Understand and perform periodic CMV audits and Quarterly Vehicle Inspections
Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks
Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc
Ensure facility and work is executed to the highest standard and is done safely and compliantly
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
Drive a culture where equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable
