Responsibilities
Evaluate client use cases to identify opportunities for deploying Agentic AI solutions, such as workflow automation and decision agents
Support the design of multi-agent architectures and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations
Work with engineering teams to facilitate integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and Helpdesk platforms
Assist in the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact
Monitor and evaluate agent performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and latency
Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, security, and ethical AI guidelines
Develop client-facing technical documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
Understanding of AI frameworks: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), autonomous agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools
Proficiency in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination
Integration experience: Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow
Analytical mindset: Ability to define measurable success metrics and analyze performance data
Communication skills: Effective communication skills for both technical and business audiences
