Responsibilities
Actively participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
Collaborate with and lead other engineers to plan and organize the development of our solutions
Contribute to program execution as a practitioner of knowledge within low level Space Vehicle Software development and Bus-PL Interfaces
Communicate with leadership on status, issues, milestones, and successes
Utilize strong technical skillset, able to contribute to requirements analysis, design, code and unit test, integration and test, and requirements sell off
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum 4-6 years software experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of software experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8-10 years of software experience
Experience with software development within Aerospace Industry
Experience in with Embedded Software Development
Minimum 4 years of software development experience in C/C++
Preferred
Background in developing and maintaining satellite payloads
Knowledge in space domain and applications
Fundamental knowledge of computer architecture and networks
8+ years of experience in software development (knowledge of C/C++, assembly, Python)
Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, and Confluence
Experience in Real-Time Operating Systems
