Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Programs Manager to design, implement, and administer their North America compensation programs. This role focuses on supporting strategic goals through annual merit and bonus cycles, collaborating with various stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end administration of the annual merit and bonus cycles, including planning, system configuration, communications, training and reporting

Collaborate with HRIS team to manage compensation tools and systems to support efficient and accurate processing of merit increases and incentive payouts

Manage global mobility programs, including domestic and international relocations

Design and manage short and long-term incentive plans, including eligibility criteria, performance metrics, payout structures and governance

Collaborate with Finance to align incentive plans with Business goals and financial targets

Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure competitive and equitable compensation

Provide guidance on compensation-related matters to HR Business Partners and leadership

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations

Develop and deliver compensation-related communications and training for managers and employees
