Responsibilities
Drive GTM analytics – Run hypothesis-driven analyses of GTM data, including adoption funnel, marketing effectiveness, seller feedback, and impact metrics to drive recommendations to enable effective product adoption strategies. Drive the creation of dashboards and foundations to continuously test and learn from adoption-driving tactics
Run Strategic Projects – Independently own and run critical strategic projects to enhance our Go-To-Market strategies and processes. Enable executive and cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions by delivering effective data-driven narratives and solutions to strike a balance between speed and scale
Delivery executive visibility – Drive executive and org-wide visibility into core adoption metrics, adoption project updates and strategic adoption frameworks through business reviews, newsletters, trainings, and roadshows
Driving organizational change – Be passionate about the seller, be seller-obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart. The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Marketplace delivers on its longer-term goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years' experience in program management, business strategy or related area
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Preferred
MBA degree and management consulting experience is highly preferred
