Responsibilities

Understanding end-to-end customer journey using Publix Pharmacy mobile apps, and its impact upon retail operations and customer expectations
Capturing and articulating clear and concise requirements that consider the totality of a complex pharmacy ecosystem
Overall planning of large and complex changes in a large enterprise with millions of customers
Own the team’s overall readiness and execution of implementation and change making
Own the requirements for all changes, working with development and QA team members to obtain the desired result
Working with development, QA, and contract team members to track and resolve ADA compliance matters
Understanding the Publix systems development lifecycle, as well as executing and ensuring team compliance with the same
Defining and managing API and integration flows between mobile, middleware and backend
Collaborating with mobile engineers, QA, UX, and other stakeholders to drive delivery and resolve issues
Gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements for mobile features
Performing gap analysis to identify enhancements, dependencies, and risks in system or process changes
Managing the product backlog and ensuring requirements are well defined, testable, and aligned with business priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline like Computer Science or equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience analyzing business contexts in a large environment
5+ years' experience translating business requirements to technical requirements
3+ years' experience using databases (any SQL-compliant variety) to query information as part of systems analysis

Preferred

Experience with driving compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on mobile applications
Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare business
Demonstrated results driving large projects or leading large change efforts
Experience using Adobe Customer Journey analytics
Experience working with mobile apps on iOS or Android platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps/Jira, Firebase, Figma and Splunk
Experience understanding mobile app lifecycle, API integration, and regulated data handling
