Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs of IT equipment and systems
Maintain and monitor systems to ensure optimum performance and security
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance system functionality
Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and recommendations
Assist in configuring and testing new technology systems
Provide training and support for end-users on hardware and software solutions
Qualification
Required
Full, clean UK driving license (essential)
Proven experience in a similar technical support role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
