Responsibilities
Lead Mobile Development – Architect, build, and maintain native Android applications that are central to our product suite
Own the Experience – Deliver smooth, responsive, and resilient user experiences across a wide range of Android devices
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver complete solutions
Mentor & Elevate – Conduct code reviews, mentor others, and drive adoption of best practices in Android development
Innovate & Evolve – Harness modern Android frameworks, cloud integration, and edge capabilities to enhance our product offerings
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Kotlin (and Java as needed) with deep knowledge of Android SDK and modern app architecture
Experience building scalable, maintainable mobile applications
Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend engineers on data flows
Proven track record of building, releasing, and maintaining production apps
Strong analytical and creative thinking to tackle complex challenges
Preferred
Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with iOS for cross-platform collaboration
Prior experience in insurtech or field services
