Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
Owns process standards and data management for the department . This includes data analysis, document standards, health checks, training and coaching of others to build capability in these areas
Loss Elimination - analyzes data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities across the department and lines, leveraged to align with highest priority impacts. Facilitates IPS, UPS, and other applicable DMS’s to eliminate top stops and process failures, and drive MTBS improvement
Develop Capability - trains and coaches others on FI (problem solving tools & techniques, PLO), WPI (changeovers), AM (centerline, CIL, DH), and IM (GSUM & RE tools) Pillar tools. Owns coaching for these areas during planned stops
Qualification
Required
You have a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Science or Business and/or 5+ years experience in manufacturing, preferably a packaging department
AM Level 4 Qualified (though Step 3) & PLO Certified
Experience of World Class Supply Chain standards, DMS's, tools and techniques
Strong understanding of Packaging operations, systems, and processes
Talent and Aptitude related to Packaging Line Optimization and design parameters
Strong analytical skills and well-versed presentation assimilation and delivery skills
Direct goal linkages to UPDT, MTBS and PR Improvement Targets
