Provide legal guidance and recommendations to assist Federated’s P&C Claims team on claim-related matters and litigation involving Federated and its policyholders

Contribute to the development and delivery of training and education for claims personnel

Participate in various claims-related and cross-functional initiatives that enhance Federated’s operations

Juris Doctorate

Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in private practice, demonstrating the ability to successfully provide legal advice concerning tort, property and workers' compensation claims, and to assist in evaluating insurance coverage issues
