Responsibilities
Leading, coaching and developing members of the communications and shared services teams
Developing and executing the communication plan for internal and external stakeholders
Managing the external partner program to develop new relationships and ensure the appropriate execution of existing partnership agreements
Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of day to day operations through the team leader of the administrative team
Implementing communication plans and strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment for team members
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years experience in a leadership level communications role within the association management industry
2+ years experience in leading a team of communication and administrative specialists
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in partnership management and relationship building
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically
Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools
