Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain part numbers, bills of material (BOMs), routings, and other records in ERP/MRP systems
Manage document updates, revisions, and approvals to ensure compliance with internal standards
Coordinate the obsolescence of outdated part numbers and documents
Enforce naming conventions and keyword/abbreviation standards in documentation
Assist in creating and updating internal process and procedure documents
Work closely with engineers, ensuring they have the accurate documentation needed to support design and production
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in data entry, document management, administration, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in ERP/MRP systems or willing to learn
Ability to read, interpret, and maintain documentation with accuracy
Effective communication skills to coordinate with engineers and other teams
Preferred
Additional technical training is a plus
