Responsibilities

Data management: Ensure accurate data entry, maintain data integrity and confidentiality, and organize employee records
Reporting: Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS
Compliance: Comply with data protection regulations
System management: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the collection, storage, setup, and utilization of the HRIS
Process improvement: Analyze data to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggest ways to increase productivity and workflow
Automation: Lead the HRIS team to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes

Qualification

Required

Experience in HRIS systems preferred (UKG, Kronos, Workday, ADP, etc.)
Familiarity with FMLA, Unemployment, and Worker's Compensation laws
Ensure accurate data entry, maintain data integrity and confidentiality, and organize employee records
Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS
Comply with data protection regulations
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the collection, storage, setup, and utilization of the HRIS
Analyze data to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggest ways to increase productivity and workflow
Lead the HRIS team to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes
