Responsibilities

5+yrs of experience in SAP BDOS

Design, develop, and deploy SAP BODS jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Implement data quality and data validation routines within BODS jobs to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

Optimize and troubleshoot existing BODS jobs to improve performance and reliability

Work closely with database administrators and system engineers to ensure efficient data extraction and integration

Create and maintain technical documentation related to SAP BODS processes, data mappings, and data lineage

Participate in data modeling and database design discussions to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies

Proficient in SQL scripting and database programming (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) is preferred
