They are seeking an Instrument & Electrical Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant instrumentation and electrical equipment, while ensuring safety and proper documentation.

Responsibilities
Follow all established safety procedures for safe maintenance of all plant equipment
Ensure proper record keeping of calibrations in equipment data files
Perform calibrations and repair of PH sensors, Pressure, Temperature, and Flow transmitters
Maintain plant AC motors and motor control
Maintain plant Allen Bradley DCS system, PLC, and supporting instrumentation
Must be able to diagnose and repair electrical power and control systems
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and free of clutter after each job or task
Write work orders and ensure all maintenance work is done by established safety rules
Work with operations and supervisors to solve plant problems
Understand and support QSH&E goals and objectives, and ongoing improvement plans and activities
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
Oral presentation skills must be effective with all levels of management
Preferred
BS, associate or Technical School degree in a related field
Prior experience in petrochemical or chemical industries
