Inside Sales Engineer
Arden Building Companies is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Engineer to become an integral part of their HVAC SERVICE/SALES division. This role involves supporting Sales Account Managers, estimating HVAC service work, and focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities
Work closely with sales team to support daily operations
Quote work orders / projects / PM agreements under the direct supervision of sales account manager and/or Director of Service
Support service contracts / work orders / projects as follows:
Have a complete understanding of each customer’s service contract
Ensure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
Coordinate with customers, service supervisors, technicians, dispatchers, etc. to ensure all customer needs are met
Work closely with the technicians and service coordination team to ensure timely responses to customer needs and timely issuance of billings/invoices
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to communicate with internal staff, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Strong ability to manage customer accounts successfully
Demonstrated pleasant, friendly demeanor
Two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or sales
Must have a valid driver's license and an operating vehicle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude
Bachelor's degree in sales
Proficiency in CRM software
