Seasonal - Program Coordinator - Healthcare Provider- Bryant Pond 4-H Learning Center
The University of Maine is seeking a Seasonal Program Coordinator for the Bryant Pond 4-H Learning Center, where the primary responsibility is to provide first aid and healthcare treatment for all campers and staff. Provide first aid and healthcare treatment for all campers and staff
Qualification
Required
Licensed Registered Nurse (current in the State of Maine) OR other appropriate training as approved by the camp physician, e.g., WFR, CNA, EMT, LPN, NP, PA, MD, or DO
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Ability to update and/or monitor health care, maintain records, and implement the health care plan
Genuine compassion for and ability to get along well with children of all ages
Ability to travel outdoors over various terrain, responding efficiently in the event of an emergency
Preferred
Experience in a summer camp setting is desirable
