Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year technology programs impacting middle and back-office functions

Align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities

Provide architectural guidance for scalable, resilient systems

Manage the day-to-day operations of the technology team and ensure we adhere to firm and industry standards

Ensure adoption of modern cloud-native solutions and data-driven architectures

Oversee integration of distributed systems and enterprise platforms

Partner with operations, business teams, and senior leadership to define requirements and success metrics

Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders

Mentor technical leads and program managers across multiple workstreams

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Required

15+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in program management at Director level

Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs in financial services, preferably investment banking

Strong understanding of cloud platforms and microservices architecture

Experience with data engineering, data governance, and analytics platforms

Knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architectures

Familiarity with trade lifecycle, settlements, risk management, and regulatory reporting

Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
