Represent financial institutions in litigation matters

Defend consumer claims such as TILA, FCRA, RESPA, OCSPA

Prosecute foreclosures and handle commercial loan workouts

Qualification

Required

Minimum of three years of litigation experience representing financial institutions

Strong preference for candidates who have represented consumer mortgage loan servicers

Experience defending consumer claims (i.e., TILA, FCRA, RESPA, OCSPA, etc.)

Experience prosecuting foreclosures

Experience handling commercial loan workouts

License to practice in Ohio

Familiarity with the Ohio state and federal court systems

Strong academic background

License to practice in Kentucky
