Responsibilities

Develop and implement category strategies for Revenue Cycle Management, HR, and Marketing software and services

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and innovation

Establish long-term sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals

Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation

Ensure competitive bidding and compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service quality and performance

Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements

Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT teams to align procurement initiatives with business needs

Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and consensus in sourcing decisions

Identify and mitigate risks related to software licensing, data security, and regulatory compliance

Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all procurement activities

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times
