Vice President, Product Manager, Expert Community

Responsibilities
Define a bold, user-centered product strategy for GLG’s expert digital ecosystem, with an emphasis on mobile-first engagement and global scalability
Translate company and community goals into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes that drive expert growth, retention, and satisfaction
Partner with our Global Head of Membership to champion the needs of the community in executive discussions and cross-functional planning
Lead a team of product managers to deliver intuitive, elegant, and high-performance digital experiences
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to build and launch mobile and web applications that integrate seamlessly with GLG’s client facing and service team facing platforms
Partner with marketing, operations, and community leadership to ensure alignment and adoption across global markets
Drive a metrics-driven culture focused on user engagement, NPS, activation rates, and expert lifetime value
Lead the strategy for GLG’s mobile app, ensuring a best-in-class experience that supports expert participation, communication, scheduling, and payments
Define standards for usability, performance, and design that elevate GLG’s brand and create competitive differentiation
Identify opportunities to expand the expert experience beyond transactional engagement—creating community features, learning tools, recognition systems, and new monetization models
Leverage user data, behavioral analytics, and generative AI capabilities to personalize expert journeys and content delivery
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and platforms that could redefine digital professional networks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in mobile-first consumer or marketplace products
Proven track record of building and scaling mobile applications with high user engagement and retention
Strong UX sensibility and experience partnering deeply with design teams to deliver exceptional experiences
Deep understanding of network effects, community dynamics, and digital marketplaces
Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment and mentoring other PMs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across executive and operational levels
Preferred
Experience in B2B2C or knowledge-marketplace businesses is a strong plus
