Content & Community Lead
Tru Fragrance & Beauty is a leading company in the beauty industry, seeking a Content & Community Lead to enhance their social media strategy and community engagement. The role involves managing social content creation, driving social commerce initiatives, and fostering influencer relationships to support brand growth.

Responsibilities
Develop strategic social content calendars, balancing omnichannel needs (driving traffic to Ulta vs. brand’s own channels, etc.)
Brief and oversee in-house social content creation: IG Stories, IG Reels and TikTok for both organic and paid content (in partnership with brand CRM members)
Analyze performance and recommend pivots and builds; present monthly and quarterly reports
Coordinate with TikTok agency partners to establish channel as a revenue and engagement driving lever
Manage Tiktok creator/affiliate and paid performance planning
Manage all TikTok Shop promotions: Mega Sales, category events, brand moments, and platform-led opportunities
Analyze performance of each promo (CTR, CVR, AOV, units sold, seller performance) and adjust strategies in real time
Build bundles, limited drops, and TikTok-exclusive SKUs to grow revenue and deepen brand connection on-platform
Utilize team and tools (ex. Creator IQ) to Identify brand-right influencers (nano, micro and beyond) to grow and diversify gifting list and content creator roster (Amazon, Perfume TikTok, Lifestyle, etc.)
Develop brand-right strategy to nurture community loyalty and engagement, including working with cross-functional team (Brand Manager-Consumer; Field Sales) to plan all brand activations and eventing
Partner to develop quarterly and campaign level influencer campaigns including; digital contracts, gifting and seeding - establishing best practices for this process going into 2026
Acting as liaison between influencer and brand – outreach, rate and contract assistance, providing content feedback, etc
Drive growth of affiliate program by identifying and nurturing high performing affiliates (owned program; Amazon program) and designing incentive programs
Develop and analyze data on influencer performance
Understanding of traditional affiliate and paid affiliate marketing tactics and optimizations
Manage team on daily engagement with community across platforms
Identify and evaluate emerging platforms, management tools etc. and help implement if deemed appropriate
Develop consumer trend and brand-level KPI reports, forming insights and learnings to drive social strategy
Optimize content & copy based on insights and learnings
Monitor competitors updates within the social landscape and drive insights
Qualification
