Responsibilities

Lead an agile team and succeed in any environment regardless of maturity level
Manage a budget, deadlines & scope, knowing when to push back on requirements
Mentor other agile practitioners, holding yourself and others accountable, and providing meaningful feedback
Communicate effectively, developing and delivering multi-mode communications conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
Actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Provide direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done
Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience as an agile practitioner
Experience with Agile Coaching
Depth of knowledge in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, Kanban
Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Self-Development: Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
Plans and Aligns: Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Directs Work: Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done
Drive Results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
Balances Stakeholders: Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Proficient knowledge in modern office productivity, communication, and collaboration toolsets
Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience
