Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our footprint in existing accounts
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to become a strategic partner in their digital transformation journeys
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored Digital Solutions and IT Talent strategies that address client-specific challenges and objectives
Monitor and have a point of view on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align proactive proposals and business development efforts with organizational goals and capabilities
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
Experience in B2B sales within the Digital Solutions and/or IT Staffing industries, with a proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals
Curiosity and avid learning approach to learn and use emerging technology
Self-starter eager to drive solution selling at the intersection of design and trusted data
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth through innovative business development strategies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines and forecast sales effectively
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% or more) to meet with clients and attend industry events
