Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of MEP systems from preconstruction through closeout, including design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover

Oversee and coordinate the activities of MEP subcontractors and self-perform crews to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and code requirements across all MEP trades

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget

Drive MEP-specific scheduling, budgeting, and procurement strategies to support data center construction requirements

Lead BIM coordination efforts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Review and manage all MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders in collaboration with design teams and subcontractors

Support project controls including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting

Facilitate MEP commissioning and turnover processes with owners and consultants

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP construction management

7+ years of data center construction experience

Proven expertise in large-scale, technically complex MEP systems including HVAC, power distribution, generators, UPS systems, and critical cooling infrastructure

Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Office, BIM360, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
