Manage and advise on water rights adjudication, permitting, and regulatory compliance
Handle matters related to environmental, natural resources, and corporate law as needed
Provide high-level legal analysis with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and regulatory bodies
Maintain strong ethical standards and deliver high-quality legal work
Qualification
Required
10+ years of meaningful experience in water law, including rights adjudication and permitting
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Active member of the Utah Bar or willing to obtain Utah Bar membership
Preferred
Background or exposure to environmental, natural resources, or corporate law
